General information about evaluation of polarity and lifestyle
The following table is to evaluate the individuality of polar dynamics in our every day`s thoughts, behavior and emotions. In most cases we probably move rather away from extreme positions on the right or left margin of a single line, shifting near to the middle (according position zero), and sometimes much closer to one pole. Sometimes we might also experience extreme fluctuations or (if only position zero is marked) none of the addressed possibilities are existent in our life (in the sense of a “neither –nor” answer).
For better visualization following table illustrates different possibilities how the evaluation sheet attached downside can be marked:

Working out this evaluation of polarity in lifestyle opens different forms of applications – according to individual wishes of a patient or client:
1. Furthering own self experience - just for private use.
Just occupying with a variety of alternatives can help to identify leading aspects in our life without overlooking their polar partners, which might have played a rather weak role in our self up to now.
2. Some items might encourage you to be discussed confidentially with close friends, partners or with your medical doctor to find out whether they are severe stress factors and thus go along with a higher risk for physical discomfort or illnesses.
3. Systematic listening up upset or disturbed polarity - usually accompanying individual psychosocial problems - can help to prepare for professional psychotherapy.
4. Don’t feel pressed to fill in every single line (or the whole sheet) if some of the addressed items release too much discomfort in you. Give it back or postpone the occupation with it for a better time, for a suitable opportunity when you can over think it or talk about it in a confidential, secure surrounding (setting).
